About ‘Marsha Vanwynsberghe’
Marsha spent the last 24 years as a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer in the field of Health and Wellness. She coached and mentored people on how to make physical changes to their bodies and emotional transformations to their lives.
She works with her clients to examine their thoughts, beliefs, habits and actions.
Marsha spent the last six years navigating herself through major life and family crises. She credits her personal growth, commitment to mindset, exercise and nutrition to being key factors in bringing her to this place today of sharing her story and impacting others.
Marsha is one of the women featured in the Defyeneurs magazine called “Influence”, as well as the book “INFLUENCE”, Women Influencing Change in the World, by Gerry Visca. It will be released in August 2017. Marsha is sharing her message through coaching clients, speaking, workshops and her book scheduled to be published later in 2017.
